The reagents arrived the very next day. What truly stood out was how fast Guy got back to me with detailed answers to my queries about the testing process. Given that my order was pretty small, I was genuinely impressed by the extra effort put in, so I’m giving full credit for the customer service!

Dealing with Portuguese customs is a real pain, and my package ended up lost in the mix. After I reached out, they kept me in the loop about what was going on, and it felt like I was chatting with a real person, not some robot. I couldn't get my hands on the package, but they offered me a complete refund, shipping included. To prevent this from happening again, they’ve made it so that folks in Portugal need to choose the tracked shipping option. Overall, this was my first truly positive experience with customer service!

I placed my order at 2 in the afternoon on Monday, and by Tuesday, it was already at my door. The price was right, it's durable, and it includes simple, easy-to-understand instructions (plus, there's a handy Youtube tutorial). Really good stuff!

Wow!! I’m over the moon right now. After losing my phone tonight at the regent, I was a total wreck. But this wonderful lady calmed me down and said everything would be alright, even though she seemed a bit unsure herself. I made my first purchase with them yesterday and got it delivered this morning (less than 24 hours later)!!!

The package was wrapped up discreetly - you wouldn't have a clue what was inside just by looking at it.

Everything I ordered was included, plus some super useful leaflets that explained how to use the products safely, how to store them, and what results to expect when using them.

If you ever need to reach out to their customer service, they respond super fast and are really helpful.

All in all, a 5-star company! I’d totally recommend them and will be placing more orders in the future!
